| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou získávání synchronizačních licencí pro užití hudebních skladeb při výrobě audiovizuálních děl.Cílem teoretické části práce je prozkoumat ukotvení problematiky v české legislativě, popsat proces získání licence a porovnat nároky na licenci podle typu díla, oblasti, doby užití a stanovit roli Občanského svazu autorského ve zkoumaném procesu.Praktickou část práce tvoří kvalitativní průzkum založený na osobních rozhovorech s osobnostmi z několika různých oblastí dotýkajících se procesu získávání, resp. poskytování synchronizačních licencí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of obtaining synchronization licenses for the use of musical compositions in the production of audiovisual works.The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to analyze Czech legislation relevant to this area, describe the process of obtaining a license and compare requirements according to the type of work, area, range of use and determine the role of the Civic Union of authors in the process.The practical part of the thesis consists of a qualitative survey based on personal interviews with people from several different areas related to the process of acquiring, respectively. providing synchronization licenses. |
