| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá logistickými procesy ve společnosti zabývající se výrobou povrchů palubních desek, výplní dveří a dalších interiérových dílu automobilů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy logistiky spolu s logistickým desaterem, které pak následně slouží i k navržení doporučení pro zlepšení. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na informace o společnosti a popis základních logistických procesů. Cílem práce je identifikovat procesy, zjistit možné nedostatky a vytvořit návrh pro možná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with logistics processes in a company dealing with production of the surface of the boards, the filling of the car doors and other interior parts of the car. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the technical terms of logistics, along with ten principles of logistics, which are used later on to suggest improvement. The practical part describes the logistics processes and gives informations about the company. The aim of the thesis is to identify processes, to find possible deficiencies and to create suggestion for improvement. |
