| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je společenská odpovědnost firem (CSR). Práce je zaměřena na společensky odpovědné aktivity kavárenských řetězců Starbucks a Costa Coffee. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a vzájemné porovnání společensky odpovědných aktivit těchto známých kavárenských řetězců. Provedený výzkum, má za cíl odpovědět na otázky, jaké povědomí mají o těchto CSR aktivitách mladí lidé (příslušníci generace Y a generace Z) a zda považují společensky odpovědné chování firem za důležité. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is corporate social responsibility (CSR). The work is focused on socially responsible activities of Starbucks and Costa Coffee coffee chains. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze and compare socially responsible activities of these well-known coffee chains. The aim of the presented research is to answer to what extend young people (generation Y and generation Z) are aware of these CSR activities and whether they consider the socially responsible corporate behavior as important. |
