| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení pánského kadeřnictví a holičství a realistické ekonomické zhodnocení tohoto podnikatelského záměru. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která popisuje základní pojmy, strukturu podnikatelského plánu a metody jeho tvorby. V praktické části je rozebrán exekutivní souhrn, popis podnikatelské příležitosti, analýza okolí, marketingový plán, realizační projektový plán a finanční plán zpracovaný ve třech různých scénářích s předpokladem rozvoje hospodaření podniku v prvních pěti letech. Při zpracování této bakalářské práce byli konzultováni příslušní odbornici v oboru a získány potřebné informace, především od majitele perského kadeřnictví FARIAN Barbershop. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis was to elaborate a business plan for establishing a men's hairdressing and barbershop and realistic economic evaluation of this business plan. The work consists of the theoretical part, which describes the basic concepts, structure of a business plan and methods of its creation. In the practical part is analyzed executive summary, description of business opportunities, competitor analysis, marketing plan, project implementation plan and financial plan prepared in three different scenarios with the assumption of economic development in the first five years. During the elaboration of this bachelor thesis relevant experts in the field were consulted and the necessary information obtained, primarily from the owner of the Persian hair salon FARIAN Barbershop. |
