| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou budování značky zaměstnavatele. Cílem je rozpoznání rozdílů vnímání značky zaměstnavatele u příslušníků rozdílných generací X, Y a Z, baby-boomers a tiché generace. K dosažení cíle je použita kombinace výzkumných metod: dotazníkové šetření, metaanalýza existujících šetření, analýza případových studií.Hlavním výstupem práce je identifikace postupu pro budování úspěšné značky zaměstnavatele v návaznosti na požadavky a očekávání různých generací. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována formulaci doporučení pro firmy k jednotlivým generacím. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze recruitment and selection process in a non-profit organization AIESEC Czech Republic and in a business company CETIN, a.s. Identify the differences and specifics of those processes in profit and non-profit area. Detection of strengths and weaknesses in the processes for both organizations. The contribution of this work consists of specific recommendations for improvement of those processes.The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes background information and clarification of general terminology. Practical part is based on interviews and consultations with employees of the HR department and the analysis of internal materials. The practical part also includes an analysis of the processes in both companies. The conclusion contains a summary and suggestions for improving current processes. |
