| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o penzijním systému v České republice a jeho možném vývojiv letech 2018-2048. Změny v demografickém vývoji způsobují nárůst počtu osobv postproduktivním věku, což vyvolává zvýšení výdajů na výplatu důchodových dáveka tlak na finanční udržitelnost veřejných financí. Teoretická část poskytuje náhledna problematiku penzijních problémů a charakterizuje český důchodový systém.V praktické části je pomocí zjednodušeného modelu nastíněn vývoj příjmů a výdajůpenzijního systému v následujících letech, ze kterého vyplývá, že stávající systém nenído budoucna udržitelný. Z tohoto důchodu jsou v práci navrhnuty scénáře na změnupenzijního systému, které by mohly zajistit dlouhodobou udržitelnost. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the pension system in the Czech Republic and its possibledevelopment in the years 2018-2048. Changes in demographic trends are causingan increase in post-productive age, resulting in an increase in pension benefits and pressureon the financial sustainability of public finances. The theoretical part provides insight intothe problems of pension problems and characterizes the Czech pension system. In thepractical part, the simplified model adumbrates the development of incomesand expenditures of the pension system in the coming years, which suggests that the currentsystem is not sustainable in the future and so there are proposed scenarios for changingthe pension system that could ensure long-term sustainability. |
