| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se orientuje na trh s uměním, konkrétně na současné trendy vinvestování. Umění se postupně z investičního hlediska etablovalo a jako ekonomicky zhodnotitelné zboží představuje alternativní investici. Cílem práce je objasnit problematiku uměleckého trhu, co vše investování obnáší a jaké panují trendy na trhu s uměním, ať už v rámci celého světa či České republiky.Práce nejprve bude v teoretické části představovat trh s uměním a způsob fungování jednotlivých aktérů, jenž na trhu působí. Od kapitol věnovaným mecenášství a sběratelství bude navazovat samotné investování, které se od 17. století, kdy se utvářelo, změnilo. Od vymezení principů utváření cen na primárním a sekundárním trhu, přes investiční fondy a indexy bude volně navazovat druhá část práce, jenž za pomocí dat odpovídá na otázku, jaké trendy panují na světovém trhu s uměním. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis is dedicated on the art market, specifically on current trends in investment. The art is established itself from investment point of view and as an economically viable commodity is seen as alternative investment. The aim of this thesis is to clarify art market what investing involves and which trends occur in the art market, whether in the whole world or only in the Czech Republic.Firstly, the theoretical part of the thesis presents the art market and the way of individual actors operate on the market. The chapter devoted to patronage and colleting will be followed by investment itself which has change since 17th century when was formed. From the definition of pricing principles in the primary and secondary market, through investment funds and indices, the second part of thesis will smoothly continue and give the answer for which trends prevail on the world art market. |
