| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti SOPO s.r.o. ke dni 31. 12. 2018, především pro potřeby vlastníků a věřitelů. Pro ocenění byly stěžejní především veřejně dostupné zdroje, výjimečně doplněné interními informacemi od analyzované Společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních celků. Teoreticko-metodologická část diplomové práce obsahuje stručné vymezení teoretického rámce a postupu pro oceňování podniku. Druhá část diplomové práce je tzv. praktická část, která obsahuje podrobný postup ocenění podniku. Konkrétně je provedena strategická a finanční analýza, které vedou k zhodnocení perspektivy společnosti do budoucna. Následně je provedena prognóza generátorů hodnot a zhotoven finanční plán. Práce je zakončená oceněním společnosti SOPO s.r.o. pomocí metody diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě entity (DCF entity). |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to determine the market value of SOPO s.r.o. as of 31st December 2018 for the use of the company owners and creditors. Mainly publicly available sources were used for the valuation, occasionally supported by internal information from the analysed company. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoreticalmethodological part includes a brief description of the theoretical framework and the steps for business valuation. The second part of this master´s thesis is a practical part, which contains a detailed valuation process. Specifically, strategic and financial analyses were carried out, which lead to an assessment of the future prospects of the company. Afterwards a forecast of value generators and a financial plan were created. The thesis is concluded with a valuation of SOPO s.r.o. using the discounted cash flow method (DCF entity). |
