| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na prostředí komerčních budov a systémy, které se v těchto budovách používají. Práce porovnává klasickou a moderní systémovou architekturu a také procesy instalace a dlouhodobé správy těchto systémů. Procesy jsou rozebrány přes procesní diagramy. Kromě porovnání dvou systémových nastavení je v práci porovnáno i několik technologií, které řídí vstup do komerčních objektů. Cílem práce je navrhnout možnosti zlepšení procesů implementace vstupních systémů a technologií do komerčních budov uplatněním přístupu Lean Management s důrazem na budoucí fungování celého systému, a s tím i fungování celé budovy. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis is focused on commercial buildings and systems that are used in these buildings. The master’s thesis compares classical and modern system architecture and also processes of installation and long-term administration of these systems. Processes are described through process diagrams. In addition to comparing the two system settings, the master’s thesis also compares several technologies which are responsible for access to commercial buildings. The aim of the thesis is to propose the possibilities of improving the processes of implementation of access control systems and technologies into commercial buildings by applying the Lean Management approach with an emphasis on the future functioning of the whole systems and with that of the whole building. |
