| Abstract: | Tato práce se soustředí na adaptační proces ve společnosti Alza.cz. Cílem je zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky, kterou doplňují dílčí výzkumné otázky. Práce se dělí na teoretickou, metodologickou a analytickou část. V teoretické části jsou představeny a vysvětleny základní pojmy, které úzce souvisí s adaptačním procesem. Metodologická část přináší veškeré informace o výzkumu a operacionalizaci dílčích výzkumných otázek. V poslední analytické části probíhá analýza sesbíraných dat a následný závěr s doporučením pro organizaci. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the adaptation process at Alza.cz company. The aim is to answer the main research question, which is supplemented by partial research questions. The thesis is divided into theoretical, methodological and analytical part. In the theoretical part are introduced and explained the basic concepts that are closely related to the adaptation process. The methodological part brings all information about research and operationalization of partial research questions. In the last analytical part, there is an analysis of the collected data and a subsequent conclusion with recommendations for the organization. |
