| Abstract: | Město Žatec má téměř tisíciletou tradici pěstování a zpracování chmele. Od roku 2007 je město zapsáno na Národním indikativním seznamu, což je první krok na cestě k zápisu na Seznam světového dědictví UNESCO. Se zápisem je spojeno však velké množství změn, na něž město musí být připraveno, aby situaci dobře zvládlo.Tato práce ve své teoretické části definuje povinnosti a potřeby města usilujícího o úspěšný zápis na UNESCO. Ve své praktické části nastíní současnou situaci města analýzou strategických dokumentů. Na základě výsledků jsou formulovány konkrétní návrhy pro postup managementu města. |

| Abstract: | The town of Žatec has a tradition of growing and processing hops for almost a thousand years. Since 2007, the city has been listed on the National Indicative List, which is the first step on the way to the UNESCO World Heritage List. However, there are a number of changes that the city needs to be prepared to handle.In its theoretical part, this thesis defines the duties and needs of the city seeking a successful entry on UNESCO. The practical part outlines the current situation of the city by analyzing strategic documents. Based on the results, concrete proposals for the management of the city are formulated. |
