| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o ERP systému HELIOS Orange. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit uživatelskou přívětivost systému z pohledu běžného uživatele, jakož i možnost využití výstupních informací top managementem při vedení společností. Práce obsahuje rozhovor s generálním ředitelem skupiny TPA, Rostislavem Kunešem, o manažerském pohledu na firmu a požadavcích na výstupy z ERP systému obecně. Další použitou metodou je dotazníkové šetření provedené ve společnosti TPA Tax s.r.o. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol, první z nich se zaměřuje na vývoj forem zpracování účetnictví, druhá pak analyzuje právní předpisy České republiky upravující vedení účetnictví na počítači. V třetí kapitole, zabývající se podnikovými informačními systémy, jsou položeny teoretické základy a vyložena potřebná terminologie pro praktickou část. Poslední kapitola sestává především z analýzy pokročilých nástrojů řízení obsažených v systému HELIOS Orange a z rozboru zmíněného dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. |

| Abstract: | This dissertation deals with ERP system HELIOS Orange. The main goal of the dissertation is to evaluate this system from the point of view of a regular user, as well as the possibility of using outputs for managing a company by top management. The dissertation includes an interview with CEO of TPA group, Rostislav Kuneš, about the managerial view on companies and requirements for ERP systems outputs in general. Another method includes a questionnaire executed in TPA Tax s.r.o. The dissertation is divided into four chapters, with the first one focusing on development of accounting processing forms, and second one analyzing legislation of the Czech Republic regarding computer-processed bookkeeping. In the third chapter, devoted to the enterprise information systems, theoretical foundation for the issue is provided, as well as definitions of terminologies necessary for the practical part. The last chapter consists of analysis of advanced managing tools encompassed in HELIOS Orange and of further analysis of above mentioned questionnaire and interview. |
