| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu společnosti Perla s.r.o., která chce založit tabákovou prodejnu a postupně rozšiřovat své pobočky po České republice. Diplomová práce je složena ze tří částí. V teoretické části jsou objasněny témata, kterým bude věnována pozornost v praktické části společně s finanční analýzou daného podniku. Poslední částí této práce je metodologická část, která je zaměřena na metody výzkumu. V praktické části je aplikována metoda dotazování, která slouží ke zjištění potřebných informací k založení podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of Perla s.r.o., which wants to establish a tobacco shop and gradually expand its branches in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part explains the topics that will be paid attention in the practical part together with the financial analysis of the company. The last part of this work is a methodological part, which is focused on research methods. In the practical part is used the method of questioning, which is used to find out the necessary information to start a business. |
