| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je určit objektivizovanou hodnotu podniku Rudolf Jelínek a.s. k datu 31.12.2017 pro potřeby vlastníků a managementu společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy a východiska pro oceňování podniku. V úvodu praktické části je nejprve představena společnost Rudolf Jelínek a.s. Nedílnou součástí ocenění podniku je strategická a finanční analýza. Následuje analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty, které jsou zásadní pro sestavení finančního plánu. Součástí finančního plánu je také finanční analýza. Posledním krokem práce je ocenění podniku metodou diskontovaných peněžních toků DCF entity. Výsledná hodnota podniku k 31.12.2017 je 467 303 tis. Kč. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to determine the value of the company Rudolf Jelínek a.s. to the date 31.12.2017 for the needs of owners and managers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains basic terms and methods of business valuation. The practical part begins with the introduction of the company Rudolf Jelínek a.s. The important part of the valuation of company is financial and strategic analysis. Another parts deals with analysis and prognosis of value drivers, which are important for financial plan. The part of financial plan is also financial analysis. The financial plan is followed by final evaluation of the company Rudolf Jelínek a.s. using discounted cash flow DCF entity method. The final value of the company Rudolf Jelínek a.s. is 467 303 thousand CZK to the date 31.12.2017. |
