| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života matek z úplných rodin s minimálně jedním dítětem do 4 let.Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit zkušenosti a problémy respondentek, se kterými se potýkají v souvislosti s harmonizací pracovního a rodinného života. Též je cílem prozkoumat faktory a problémy, které harmonizaci ovlivňují. Práce je orientována kvalitativním směrem za účelem hlubšího poznání respondentek. Metodou individuálních rozhovorů a týdenních časových snímků bylo zjištěno, že velmi významná se jeví pomoc ze strany nejbližší rodiny, především manžela. Harmonizaci ovlivňuje mnoho faktorů a je důležité, aby existovala podpora z více stran a pokud nějaký faktor chybí či nefunguje, nastává s harmonizací problém. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s thesis deals with harmonization of work and family life of mothers from complete families with at least one child under 4 years. The main aim of the thesis is to find out experiences and problems that the respondents are facing during the harmonization of family and employment. There is also an aim to explore factors that affect the harmonization. The thesis is focused on qualitative research in order to gather detailed information about respondents. Using semi-structured in-depth interviews and week time frames it has been found that support from the family (especially from husband) is very important. There are many factors influencing the harmonization and it is important that they actuate together. If any factor is missing or not working, it becomes a source of harmonization troubles. |
