Abstract: | Vzhledem k tomu, že mnozí z druhé generace Vietnamců se již plně integrovala do české společnosti a na její trh práce, je důležité zjistit, jaké faktory je ovlivňují při vstupu na něj. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují druhou generaci Vietnamců žijící v ČR při volbě, zda vstoupí do zaměstnání, nezávislého podnikání či zůstává aktivní v podnikání svých rodičů.Metoda: Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo polostrukturovanými rozhovory s dvanácti respondenty druhé generace Vietnamců žijící v ČR (od 22 do 31 let), rozdělené do tří skupin dle zaměstnání vs. nezávislé podnikání vs. podnikání u svých rodičů. Cílem rozhovorů bylo hlubší porozumění, jaký má mezigenerační přenos a pracovní zkušenosti vliv na rozhodování u této skupiny. Z tohoto důvodu byl výzkum veden kvalitativně.Výsledek: Z kvalitativního výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že, rodinná výchova, rodinné podnikání, vzdělání a pracovní zkušenosti má vliv na rozhodování o kariérním směřování. |

Abstract: | Since many of the second-generation Vietnamese have already fully integrated into Czech society and its labour market, it is important to find out what factors affect their choice. The main objective of the thesis is to identify factors that influence the second generation of Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic, whether they enter employment, independent business or remain active in their parents’ businesses.Method: This objective was achieved by semi-structured interviews with twelve respondents of the second generation of Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic (aged 22 to 31), divided into three groups according to employment vs. independent business vs. family business. The aim of the interviews was to better understand the impact of intergenerational transmission and work experience on the process. For this reason, the research was conducted on the basis of qualitative research.Result: Qualitative research has found that the family education, family business, education, and work experience have the impact on career choices. |
