| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti KORADO, a.s. ke dni 31.12.2017 na základě veřejně dostupných finančních výkazů a informací. Toto ocenění může sloužit jako podklad pro potenciální prodej, IPO nebo čistě jako informace o tom, na jaké úrovni se hodnota společnosti pohybuje. Teoretická část práce především vymezuje termíny, metody a postupy, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. Praktická část nejdříve představuje oceňovanou společnost a poté přistupuje k jednotlivým částem ocenění – strategické analýze, finanční analýze, generátorům hodnoty, finančnímu plánu a samotnému ocenění společnosti. Pro účely ocenění bylo využito metod účetní hodnoty na principu historických cen, odvětvových multiplikátorů, hodnoty společnosti na základě tržní kapitalizace a diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF) Entity. Hlavní metodou byla zvolena metoda DCF Entity, která stanovila hodnotu společnosti na úrovni 1 672 045 tis. Kč. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to provide with the valuation of the company KORADO, a.s. as of 31.12.2017. The valuation is based on publicly available financial statements and information. The outcome of this thesis can serve as a basis for the potential sale of the company, an IPO or simply as an information about the the company’s value. A theoretical part mainly defines the terms, methods and procedures further developed in a practical part. The practical part introduces the valued company and approaching then the individual parts of the valuation – strategic analysis, financial analysis, value drivers, financial plan and the actual valuation of the company. For this purpose, the book value, industry multiple, company value based on market capitalization and discounted cash flow (DCF) Entity methods were applied. The application of the latter, finally set the value of the company at 1 672 045 ths. CZK. |
