| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Hodnocení profilu absolventa obchodní akademie s reflexí potřeb trhu práce“ si klade za cíl zhodnotit, zda výuka předmětu účetnictví je koncipována a realizována tak, aby dosažené vzdělání absolventa obchodní akademie bylo v souladu s požadavky trhu práce. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny požadavky trhu práce a to jak všeobecné, tak následně i odborné požadavky pro profesi účetního a hlavního účetního. Dále je pozornost věnována národně závazným rámcům vzdělávání, které mají požadavky trhu práce reflektovat a přenést do vzdělávacího procesu. Následně se práce zaobírá výukou, především zásadami, organizačními formami, koncepcemi a hlavně metodami výuky, které směřují k naplnění požadavků trhu práce na absolventa. Praktická část práce se skládá z výzkumné a návrhové části. Výzkumná část má za cíl zjistit pozorováním, zda je výuka efektivní a dochází k rozvoji všech požadovaných kompetencí. Dále pomocí řízeného rozhovoru zjistit názor a přístup vyučujícího. Návrhová část má poskytnout materiál pro výuku, který umožní rozvíjet nedostatečně rozvíjené kompetence. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis "Evaluation of the profile of graduates of the business academy with reflection on the needs of the labour market" is to evaluate whether the teaching of the accounting is conceived and implemented so that the final educational accomplishment of the graduate of a business academy is aligned with the requirements of the labour market. The theoretical part defines the requirements of the labour market, both general and subsequently professional requirements for the profession of an accountant and a chief accountant. Furthermore, attention is paid to nationally binding education frameworks, which should reflect the demands of the labour market and reflect them in the educational process. Subsequently, the thesis deals with teaching, especially the principles, organizational forms, concepts and mainly teaching methods, which aim to fulfil the requirements of the labour market. The practical part consists of research and a part with a proposition. The research part aims to find out whether the teaching is effective by observing. Also, it aims to find out if all required competencies are developed. Then, through a guided interview, the aim is to reflect and figure out teacher's opinion and attitude. The proposal section is intended to provide teaching material that will enable the development of underdeveloped competencies. |
