| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fiskální politikou České republiky. Cílem této práce je popsat fiskální politiku prováděnou mezi lety 1993 a 2017 a analyzovat její vliv na agregátní poptávku, tedy hrubý domácí produkt a inflaci. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní předpoklady, koncepty, funkce, cíle a nástroje fiskální politiky. V praktické části je podrobně popsán vývoj fiskálních opatření provedených ve sledovaném období, jejich zhodnocení a následně provedena analýza vlivu těchto opatření na agregátní poptávku pomocí standardní regresní analýzy. V závěru této práce je pak zhodnocena jejich efektivita a vhodnost v dané ekonomické situaci, včetně vyjmenování omezujících faktorů. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the fiscal policy of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to describe Czech fiscal policy carried out between 1993 and 2017 and to analyse its impact on the aggregate demand, thus gross domestic product and inflation. In the theoretical part, basic assumptions, concepts, functions, goals and tools of the fiscal policy are described. In the practical part, the development of the fiscal measures, which were implemented is described and evaluated into detail. Then, an analysis of their effect on the aggregate demand is realized by the use of a standard regression analysis. In the conclusion, their effectiveness and suitability in given economic situation is evaluated, including the enumeration of the restrictive factors. |
