| Abstract: | This main purpose of this thesis is to implement and deliver an SSBI solution for subsidiary MSC Czech Republic. There are two main parts of this thesis: The first part describes the definition of Business Intelligence and the primary elements of it. This knowledge is useful to understand the next part of the thesis. The second part is practical, which means that it will contain a detailed analysis of MSC Czech Republic. It will contain a SMART analysis, analysis of Information System, characteristics of a subsidiary, etc. Also, in this part of the thesis, the SSBI solution is described, based on the analysis’s results and requirements from the head of the branch. The output of the thesis is an application in Power BI with different dashboards. The author believes that this SSBI implementation will help give this local branch a better understanding of their data. Moreover, it will improve decision-making processes in the company. |

| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem je návrh konkrétního SSBI řešení, které bude splňuje požadavky firmy, vyplývající z analýzy. Vedlejším cílem je provedení analýzy mikro a makro prostředí dopravní společnosti MSC v České Republice. Výstupem jsou různé reporty v analytickém nástroji Power BI na základě dat z ISe společnosti.Teoretická část seznámí čtenáře s pojmem Business Intelligence a s prvky, spadající do BI, např. Data Warehouse, analytické nástroje atd. Praktická část je sestavena z charakteristiky firmy (Profil, Mise, Vize, SWOT analýza, popis business procesu, popis IS společnosti, atd), na základě požadavků vedoucího společnosti a výsledků z analýzy firmy je vypracována úvodní studie, architektura SSBI řešení atp. Poslední část zaměřena na tvorbu reportů v nástroji Power BI. Autorka vytvoří dashboard na základě hrubého dimenzionálního modelu a datového modelu, a následně fyzického datového modelu. |
