| Abstract: | Diplomová práce stanovuje tržní hodnotu vlastního kapitálu společnosti Tocar speed s.r.o. k datu 1. 1. 2017. Celek je rozdělen do pěti samostatných částí, které obsahují především praktický pohled, teorie poté doplňuje každou konkrétní problematiku zvlášť. Kromě výsledné hodnoty ukazuje práce finanční situaci oceňované společnosti a pomocí strategické analýzy zjišťuje, že společnost splňuje důležitý princip „going concern“. Významnou součástí práce je také analýza generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu, na základě kterého je společnost oceněna pomocí metody DCF entity a podpůrnou metodou tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis determines a market value of Tocar speed s.r.o. as of January 1st, 2017. The whole is divided into five separate parts, which contain mainly a practical view, a theory complements each specific issue separately. In addition to the market value, the thesis shows a financial situation of the company and, by using a strategic analysis, finds that the company meets an important “going concern” principle. A relevant part of the thesis is also an analysis of value generators and a formation of financial plan on which the valuation of the company by using the DCF entity method is based. Market comparison is applied as a supportive method. |
