| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na audit účetní závěrky neziskových organizací. První část diplomové práce vymezuje typy neziskových organizací a popisuje celý proces auditu účetní závěrky od plánování až do přípravy zprávy auditora. Získané poznatky jsou následně aplikovány při provedení auditu účetní závěrky vybrané neziskové organizace v druhé části diplomové práce. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on audit of financial statements of non-profit organizations. The first part of the thesis defines types of non-profit organizations and describes whole process of audit of financial statements from planning to completion audit, including preparation of auditor´s report. This theoretical base is applied on performance of the audit of the non-profit organization in the second part of the thesis. |
