| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá provedením analýzy logistických procesů vybraného e-shopu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a terminologie, vztahující se ke zkoumanému tématu – logistické řetězce, supply chain management, logistické systémy atd. Ve druhé a třetí podkapitole teoretické části jsou popsána specifika prostředí internetového obchodování a předložená statistická data výzkumu ruského trhu elektronického obchodování. Praktická část je věnována samotnému zkoumání dodavatelského řetězce malého elektronického knihkupectví InYaz. V této části je provedena SWOT analýza, pomocí které byla určena silná a slabá místa podniku, jeho hrozby a příležitosti. V následující podkapitole jsou navrženy možné změny, které by měly zoptimalizovat logistické procesy v podniku. |

| Abstract: | Master’s Thesis focuses on analyzing logistics processes of the selected e-shop. Basic terms and terminology related to the topic, such as supply chains, supply chain management, logistic systems, etc. are defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. Second and third subchapters of this part also describe specifics of e-commerce environment and present us data from the statistical research of the Russian e-commerce market. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the supply chain of the small electronic bookshop InYaz itself. In this part, a SWOT analysis is carried out to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company, its threats and opportunities. The following subchapter suggests possible changes that could optimize the logistics processes in the enterprise. |
