| Abstract: | Diplomová práce popisuje využití principů managementu diverzity na příkladu adaptačně integračních kurzů Vítejte v České republice. V první části práce je představen obecný koncept managementu diverzity, úvod do teorie interkulturních kompetencí a současný pohled na migraci a integraci cizinců v České republice. Druhá část nabízí přehled výsledků kvantitativní analýzy evaluací účastníků a struktury kurzů realizovaných ve sledovaném období 2017–2018. V závěru diplomové práce jsou vyjmenována klíčová doporučení pro budoucí vývoj adaptačně integračních kurzů, a to především v kontextu aktuálně probíhající změně příslušné legislativy, která ukládá účast na kurzu jako podmínku pro získání pobytového oprávnění většině cizinců dlouhodobě či trvale pobývajících na území České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis describes the application of diversity management principles on the example of Welcome to the Czech Republic integration courses. The first part introduces the general concept of diversity management, the intercultural competence theory, and the current situation of migration and integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The second part presents an overview of the results of a quantitative analysis of the participants’ evaluation of the courses and the structure of the courses carried out during the observed period of 2017–2018. In the conclusion of the theses there is a list of the key recommendations for the future development of the integration courses. These recommendations take into account the currently changing legislation which requires participation in the integration course as a condition for the issuance of a residence permit for most foreigners who live in the Czech Republic permanently or on a long-term basis. |
