| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika nezaměstnanosti a jejího snižování prostřednictvím nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat cílenost a účinnost výdajů na veřejně prospěšné práce a společensky účelná pracovní místa jako nejpoužívanějších nástrojů v okrese Karlovy Vary v letech 2010 a 2015. Cílenost je vyhodnocována vzhledem ke struktuře nezaměstnanosti příslušného předcházejícího roku. Účinnost se posuzuje z hlediska délky období, po kterou se uchazeč o zaměstnání podpořený dotací mzdy udržel na trhu práce i po skončení dotačního programu. Analýza je provedena nad databází jednotlivých uchazečů o zaměstnání z evidence Úřadu práce v Karlových Varech. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the thesis is an issue of unemployment and its reduction through active labour market programs. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the targeting and effectiveness of public service and socially useful jobs as the most widely used programs in the Karlovy Vary district in 2010 and 2015. Targeting is evaluated with respect to the unemployment structure of the previous year. Efficiency is assessed from the point of view of the length of the period during which the job seeker supported by the wage subsidy remained in the labour market even after the end of the subsidy program. The analysis is carried out on the database of individual job seekers from the Labour Office register in Karlovy Vary. |
