| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si dává za cíl zjistit a zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti Mostro a.s., která v roce 2015 úspěšně prošla reorganizací. Budou zkoumány důvody úpadku společnosti a způsoby, jak se jí z této krize podařilo dostat, a to prostřednictvím metod a technik finanční analýzy. Předmětem analýzy budou dva roky před reorganizací, rok reorganizace a dva roky po úspěšném splnění reorganizačního plánu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce seznámí čtenáře s pojmy insolvenčního řízení a finanční analýzy. Praktická část bude zaměřena na konkrétní podnik, Mostro a.s., kdy k zanalyzování společnosti budou využity ukazatele a modely zmíněné v teoretické části. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the financial health of the company Mostro a.s., which went through a successful reorganization in 2015. By using the methods and techniques of financial analysis, the thesis will examine the reasons for bankruptcy and the ways how the company got out of troubles. The subject of analysis will be two years before the reorganization, the year of reorganization and two years after the company met the reorganization plan.The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will focus on explaining the concepts of the insolvency procedure and financial analysis. In the practical part the above mentioned company Mostro a.s. will be analyzed by using the financial indicators and models mentioned in the theoretical part. |
