| Abstract: | Podpora zařízení a dostupnosti péče o děti do 3 let je v současné době vysoké zaměstnanosti velmi důležitá, neboť souvisí s umožněním rychlého návratu rodičů na trh práce a také pomáhá zmírnit rizika sociálního vyloučení ohrožených skupin. Na základě veřejně dostupných dat, dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, že za podpory OP PPR bylo dosud vybudováno 7 nových zařízení péče o děti do 3 let a dále byl podpořen provoz 23 dětských skupin. Při zhodnocení plnění dalších indikátorů bylo zjištěno, že již nyní jsou některé cílové hodnoty indikátorů naplněny. Další podpora zařízení, zejména navyšování kapacit, má smysl, pouze pokud bude současně podporován i vznik částečných úvazků a aktivit na podporu preferencí rodičů tato zařízení využívat. |

| Abstract: | Supporting existing and emerging facilities and ensuring the availability of childcare facilities for children under the age of 3 years old has become increasingly more important because of today's high employment rate, as it is linked to allowing parents to quickly return to the labour market and helps mitigate the risks of social exclusion of vulnerable groups. Based on publicly available data, questionnaire survey and structured interviews, it was stated that 7 new childcare facilities for children under the age of 3 have been built with the support of the OP PPR and that another 23 existing facilities were currently being supported. When assessing the performance of other indicators, it was found that some of the indicators' target values have already been met. Further support for childcare facilities, especially capacity building, only makes sense if part-time jobs and other activities, that will affect the parents' preferences, are also supported. |
