| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá riziky hypotečního trhu pro finanční stabilitu. Úkolem diplomové práce je analýza hypotečního trhu ČR v období od roku 2012 do současnosti. Následující část práce je věnována zkoumání statistické závislosti vybraných proměnných souvisejících s vývojem na hypotečním trhu a bankovního sektoru obecně. Na tuto analýzu závislostí navazuje popis možností predikce v rámci testování finanční stability. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with risks that are typical for mortgage market. The first target is analysis of this market in time period from 2012 to the present. The main aim of another chapter is to prove statistical dependency between certain variables which are useful when describing mortgage market and the whole banking system in general. The last part of thesis shows possibilities of prediction within financial stability testing. |
