| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou role technických rezerv v rámci hospodaření komerčních pojišťoven. Cílem práce je podat ucelený přehled o technických rezervách podle aktuálně platné právní úpravy České republiky a Evropské unie. V práci je vymezeno současné postavení technických rezerv na českém pojistném trhu, jsou zde specifikovány teoretické i praktické základy metod používaných k výpočtům technických rezerv a jsou zde popsány hlavní tendence vývoje regulace v tomto odvětví. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the role of technical provisions in insurance companie’s economy. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview about technical provisions in accordance to valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and European Union. This thesis describes present position of technical provisions in the Czech insurance market, specifies theoretical and practical basis of methods used for calculation of technical provisions and describes the main tendencies of evolution of regulation in this industry. |
