| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Nike Czech s. r. o., zjištění silných a slabých stránek společnosti, na základě kterých je vypracován finanční plán s předpokládaným dalším rozvojem společnosti v budoucnosti, napravením slabých stránek, udržováním a posílením silných stránek. Práce je rozdělená do dvou části. První část je teoretická, druhá část je praktická.V teoretické části jsou popsaný metody, ukazatelé a pojmy, které byly mnou použity při vypracovávání práce a provedení finanční analýzy. Praktická část se začíná přestavením společnosti a její konkurence, pak následuje vertikální a horizontální analýza, srovnání poměrových ukazatelů, které jsou uvedený v metodologické části, mezi konkurenční společnosti a jejích analýza, ohodnocení bonitním modelem. Na závěr jsem přidala prognózu budoucího vývoje společnosti, která se začíná SWOT analýzou. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of that thesis is carrying out a financial analysis of Nike Czech s. r. o., find out strong and weak sides of the firm, on the basis of this sides was made a financial plan with supposed development of the firm in the future, correction of the weak sides and maintenance and development of the strong sides. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, the second part is practical. In the theoretical part are described methods, indicators and terms which I have used for writing thesis and contributing financial analysis. At the beginning of the practical part is introduction of the company and her competitors, then follow horizontal and vertical analysis, comparing financial ratio indicators, which were stated at the methodological part, between competitors and their analysis, evaluation of the solvency model. In the end I have added the forecast of the future development of the company, which starts with SWOT analysis. |
