| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje základní pojmy související s problematikou outsourcingu účetnictví. V práci jsou shrnuty výhody a možná rizika a nevýhody této služby. Prostor je věnován formě a obsahu outsourcingové smlouvy a je zdůrazněna její důležitost pro kvalitní smluvní vztah a pro minimalizaci rizik. Text také přibližuje, jak se outsourcing účetnictví vyvíjí a jaké s sebou nese trendy. Práce se tímto snaží vyvrátit předpoklad, že externě vedené účetnictví mohou využívat pouze malé účetní jednotky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na aplikovatelnost outsourcingu účetnictví v konkrétní účetní jednotce. Bere při tom v potaz východiska z teoretické části, závěry z dotazníkového šetření a zároveň vypočtenou nákladovou náročnost na nynější interně vedené účetnictví a na externě vedené účetnictví. Práce dochází k závěru, že převést účetnictví na externí subjekt by bylo pravděpodobně pro danou účetní jednotku méně nákladné, nicméně není možné se při rozhodování ohlížet pouze na náklady. Outsourcing účetnictví by byl v účetní jednotce aplikovatelný, avšak pouze za určitých podmínek. |

| Abstract: | The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis defines basic terms connected with the matter of outsourcing of accounting. The thesis summarizes advantages and possible risks and disadvantages that are results of this service. The thesis is also concerned with outsourcing contract including its form and content and highlights the importance of this contract for contractual relation of quality and minimisation of risks. The text outlines development of outsourcing of accounting and its incoming trends as well, so the thesis tries to disprove the theory that only a small accounting entity could use this service. The practical part focuses on applicability of outsourcing of accounting in the particular accounting entity. The theoretical basis, outsourcing of accounting costs, insourcing of accounting costs even results of questionnaire survey are taken into account. Conclusion of this thesis is that external accounting might probably costs less in the accounting entity, however, the costs should not be the only thing that is taken into consideration. Outsourcing of accounting is only appropriate here provided that some certain conditions are complied. |
