| Abstract: | Práce popisuje specifika spojené s digitální ekonomikou a následně zhodnocuje situaci v oblasti zdanění digitální ekonomiky. Dále pak vysvětluje fungování kryptoměn, též se zaměří na komplexní popis fungování Bitcoinu. Analyzuje regulaci kryptoměn se zaměřením na daňovou oblast v České republice, Austrálii a Velké Británii, zabývá se specifiky daně z příjmů a daně z přidané hodnoty. V neposlední řadě práce zdůrazňuje potřebu kryptoměny regulovat. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes the specifics associated with the digital economy and subsequently evaluates the situation in the area of taxation of the digital economy. Furthermore, it explains, how cryptocurrencies work, also focuses on a comprehensive description of Bitcoin. Thesis analyzes the regulation of cryptocurrencies with a focus on taxation in the Czech Republic, Australia and the UK, follows up the specifics of income tax and value added tax.
