| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje účetním aspektům organizační složky státu a jejímu hospodaření. Tyto aspekty jsou zkoumány v rámci Akademie věd České republiky. Je nastíněno její postavení a úloha spolu s vymezením jejího financování a organizační struktury. Dále práce vymezuje pravidla hospodaření organizačních složek státu, zejména s prostředky státního rozpočtu a s fondy účetní jednotky. Mimo jiné také vymezuje pravidla související s hospodařením těchto organizací s majetkem státu. Popisuje také principy finančních kontrol. Práce je doplněna o praktickou část, ve které je vyobrazeno účetnictví organizačních složek státu pomocí analýzy jejich účetních výkazů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on accounting aspects of the State organizational unit and management within this organization. These aspects are analyzed in the terms of concrete organization - Czech academy of Sciences. This work describes status and role of this organization together with the financing and organizational structure. Further, this thesis defines the rules of state organizations management, mainly with resources of the state budget and with funds of accounting unit. Obligations which result from the rules of state's organizational units and consists of management of state's property, publishing of contracts, these are also matter of this thesis. Essential component of this thesis is also delineation of the financial control with relation to states organizational units. This thesis also contains practical part which focus on an analysis of accounting reports. |
