| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu nejvyššího a nejlepšího využití (HABU) se zaměřením na konkrétní případ. Teoretická část práce rozpracovává podmínky a zásady použití metody HABU. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci metody HABU na konkrétní skladový areál v Praze. Je zde zkoumáno a porovnáváno více variant řešení. Cílem práce je určení té varianty, která naplňuje podstatu metody HABU. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is concerned with the analysis of the highest and best use ( HABU) with a focus on particular case. The theoretical part elaborates the conditions and principles of using the HABU method. The practical part is focused on the application of the HABU method to a specific warehouse establishment in Prague. Several alterations of the possible solution are examined and compared. The aim of this work is to determine which of the examined options fulfill the essence of the HABU method. |
