| Abstract: | Tématem práce je financování neziskové organizace. V současné době se opomíná důležitost etapového nahlížení na správnou funkci organizace, což v mnohých případech vyvolává problémy nejen s financováním. Cílem bakalářské práce je poukázat na tyto soudobé nedostatky a vytvořit manuál především pro vznikající či nově vzniklé organizace. K lepší orientaci a efektivnější práci je manuál rozčleněn do jednotlivých etap vývoje organizace a je doplněn o konkrétní doporučení a postřehy z praxe.Zdrojem informací pro tuto práci jsou zejména osobní zkušenosti z práce pro neziskovou organizaci. K použitým metodám patří pozorování, popis a rozbor. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the thesis is the financing of the non-profit organization. At the moment, the importance of a step-by-step approach to the proper function of the organization is being forgotten, which in many cases raises problems not only with funding. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to point out these current shortcomings and create a manual especially for emerging or newly established organizations. For better orientation and more efficient work the manual is divided into individual stages of the organization's development and is accompanied by specific recommendations and practical knowledge. The source of information for this work is mainly personal experience from working for a non-profit organization. The methods used include observation, description and analysis. |
