| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce porovnává hospodaření ministerstev v České a Slovenské republice. Cílem práce je čtenáři, na základě analýzy právních předpisů a účetních výkazů týkajících se ministerstev, blíže přiblížit fungování ministerstev a vytyčit hlavní rozdíly mezi porovnávanými zeměmi v této oblasti.Teoretická část postupně seznamuje čtenáře s postavením a úlohami ministerstva, jeho právní subjektivitou, financováním a požadavky na transparentnost v rámci obou států, které jsou podrobeny porovnání. Praktická část se zaměřuje na účetní závěrku ministerstev, její podobu, způsob zveřejňování a vymezení hlavních rozdílů mezi účetními závěrkami České a Slovenské republiky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis compares the management of ministries in Czechia and Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to provide the reader with a closer look at the functioning of the ministries and to identify the main differences between the countries under comparison, based on an analysis of the legislation and financial statements related to ministries.The theoretical part introduces the reader to the position and tasks of the ministry, its legal personality, funding and transparency requirements within both compared states. The practical part focuses on the financial statements of the ministries, its form, the way of publishing and highlighting the main differences between the financial statements of the Czechia and Slovakia. |
