| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je Finanční a konkurenční analýza společností ŠumavaNet s. r. o. a SporkNet s. r. o. v časovém horizontu od roku 2012 do roku 2017. Cílem je provedení finanční analýzy a porovnání výsledků obou společností.Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž první část obsahuje obecnou teorii finanční analýzy včetně ukazatelů, jednoho bonitního modelu a popis ukazatele ARPU. Ve druhé části je finanční analýza aplikována na konkrétní hodnoty obou společností získaných z účetních výkazů, srovnání jejich výsledků, výpočet ukazatele ARPU a stručná SWOT analýza jako nástin budoucího vývoje pro obě společnosti. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky získané v průběhu práce a zhodnocení výsledků. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor thesis is Financial and competitive analysis of ŠumavaNet s. r. o. and SporkNet s. r. o. in the period 2012-2017. The aim of this thesis are use and comparison results of companies. This thesis is divided into two patrs. The first contains the theory of financial analysis included some financial ratios, financial health model and ARPU ratio. The second part of thesis is focused on applying theory to numerical information from financial statements of companies, then the results will be compared and in this part there will be the quick SWOT analysis of both companies too. In the end of this thesis the results obtained during my thesis are summarized and evaluated. |
