| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice účetních podvodů a možnostem, jak je lze odhalit. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako účetní podvod, kreativní účetnictví, forenzní audit a vybrané nefinanční ukazatele. Hlavním cílem práce je znázornění aplikace zmíněných nefinančních ukazatelů při odhalování existence účetních podvodů, což je obsahem praktické části. Na základě těchto ukazatelů je posouzena složitost textu finančních výkazů dvou firem vykazujících poctivě a dvou jednajících protiprávně. V shrnutí jsou formulovány zjištěné souvislosti a vyvozované závěry. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of accounting fraud and possibilities how to detect them. The theoretical part explains terms like accounting fraud, creative accounting, forensic audit and selected non-financial indicators. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to present application of mentioned indicators in the detection of existence of accounting fraud what is the content of the practical part. Based on these indicators, the complexity of text in financial statements of two companies reporting honestly and two reporting unlawfully is reviewed. In the summary, identified coherences are formulated and findings are presented. |
