| Abstract: | Obsahem bakalářské práce je pojednání na téma pojistných podvodů. Úvodní část se věnuje právní úpravě trestného činu pojistného podvodu, jeho charakteristickým znakům a způsobům dělení. V další části jsou uvedeny příčiny a motivy páchání pojistných podvodů, způsoby jejich detekce a postupy vyšetřování v případě jejich odhalení, zároveň je zde pojistný podvod vymezen jako jeden z typů operačního rizika. V neposlední řadě se pak práce zabývá analýzou vývoje pojistných podvodů na českém pojistném trhu, na jejímž základě hodnotí efektivnost zavedených opatření v rámci prevence pojistných podvodů ze strany pojistitelů. Závěrem dochází k vyvození důsledků pojistných podvodů a posouzení míry potrestání pachatelů pojistných podvodů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with an issue of the insurance frauds. The introduction is dedicated to the legal regulation of the insurance fraud in accordance with Criminal Code, its characteristic features and methods of division. The next section is focused on the causes and motives of committing insurance frauds, the ways of detecting them and the procedures of the investigating. Last but not least, there is also the definition of the insurance fraud as a type of operational risk introduced. The main part provides with an analysis of the development of the insurance frauds on the Czech insurance market and evaluates the effectiveness of the preventive methods of the insurers. Finally, the consequences of insurance frauds and the assessment of the level of punishment of the perpetrators are presented. |
