| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku městské hromadné dopravy, zejména pak metra ve městě Jekatěrinburgu. Cílem práce je popsat současnou situaci v jekatěrinburském systému MHD, zanalyzovat aktuální stav metra a jeho roli v místním systému MHD a definovat jeho silné i slabé stránky. Dalším úkolem práce je vysvětlit, proč právě město Jekatěrinburg potřebuje rozšířit systém metra a nabídnout možné řešení stávajícího problému. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům týkajícím se městské hromadné dopravy, jejím charakteristikám, vlastnostem a druhům dopravních prostředků, které ji tvoří, s důrazem na metro. Praktická část se zabývá historií Jekatěrinburgu, jeho současným stavem i aktuálním stavem místní MHD. Zvláštní pozornost je zde věnována právě metru. Závěrečnou část tvoří doporučení, která nabízejí možná řešení zkoumaného problému. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of urban public transport, especially the metro in the city of Yekaterinburg. The aim of the thesis is to understand the current situation in the Yekaterinburg urban public transport system, to analyze the current state of the metro and its role in UPT, to define strengths and weaknesses, to show that such a city as Yekaterinburg needs an extension of the metro system and offer a possible solution to the current problem. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of urban public transport, its basic concepts, characteristics and modes of transport with an emphasis on the metro. The practical part deals with the history of Yekaterinburg, its current state, the current state of UPT system. Special attention to the metro. The final part includes recommendations and possible solutions of the examined problem. |
