| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je analyzovat typy transferů v resortu Ministerstva průmysu a obchodu a následně popsat nastavení jejich účetního zachycování v úzkém propojení s analýzou vnitřních směrnic. Rozdělením práce na teoretickou a praktickou část je čtenáři umožněno získat relevantní informace podepřené vybranou literaturou a příslušnými právními předpisy, které se zaměřují na veřejný sektor a jeho způsob financování. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse the types of accounting transfers at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, describe the rules of their recording and analyse the internal directives of the Ministry. By dividing the thesis into theoretical and practical parts, it is made possible for the reader to obtain relevant information about the public sector and its ways of financing that are based on selected literature and appropriate regulations. |
