| Abstract: | Cílem práce je ocenění americké biomedicínské společnosti Celgene Corporation k datu 1. června 2018. Práce obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti, dále finanční a strategickou analýzu, na základě kterých dochází k odhadu finančního zdraví a předpokládané životnosti podniku. V dalších části práce je detailně popsáno sestavení generátorů hodnoty a finančního plánu. K samotnému ocenění podniku je pak přistoupeno za pomoci metody diskontovaných peněžních toků a metody tržních násobků. Vzhledem k obchodování akcií společnosti na akciové burze NASDAQ se práce zaobírá i investiční analýzou, a to s ohledem na závěry zjištěné v průběhu práce a výsledné ocenění. |

| Abstract: | The aim is to value biotech company Celgene Corporation on 1st July 2018. The thesis consists of Celgene's description, financial and strategic analysis and evaluation of financial health and probable lifespan. In further parts, there is detailed description of company's value drivers and financial plan. The valuation is performed based on discounted cash flow and trading comps method. In addition, Celgene Corporation is quoted on NASDAQ stock exchange and in last part we will address basic investment analysis of the company. |
