| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je provést finanční analýzu bankovní instituce Sberbank CZ, a na základě získaných výsledků zhodnotit její finanční situaci. Diplomová práce se skládá z tří základních kapitol a závěru. První kapitola pojednává o podstatě a cílech finanční analýzy, o informačních zdrojích potřebných pro provádění finanční analýzy a o možných metodách finanční analýzy. Druhá kapitola této diplomové práce obsahuje základní informace o Sberbank CZ, krátké představení dvou vybraných konkurentů Sberbank CZ a stručný popis struktury českého bankovního trhu. Třetí část zahrnuje samotnou finanční analýzu Sberbank CZ s průběžným porovnáním zjištěných výsledků s konkurenčními bankami a celým bankovním sektorem. Závěrem je shrnutí výsledků provedené analýzy a vyhodnocení finanční situace Sberbank CZ. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to present the financial analysis of the banking institution Sberbank CZ and to evaluate its financial situation, relying on the obtained information. The thesis consists of three basic chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter discusses the principles and the objectives of financial analysis, the information resources needed for the implementation of the mentioned financial analysis and the possible methods used for such analysis. The second chapter of the presented thesis contains basic information about Sberbank CZ, a short presentation of the two selected competitors Sberbank CZ and a brief description of the structure of the Czech banking sector. The third part includes the results of the financial analysis of Sberbank CZ in comparison with the results of competing banks, as well as the whole banking sector. The conclusion of this thesis contains summarized information on the results of the analysis and the evaluation the financial condition of Sberbank CZ. |
