| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu společnosti Golf Resort Černý Most, a.s. za období mezi lety 2013-2017. Dělí se na metodickou a praktickou část. V první části se zabývám teoretickou stránkou finanční analýzy, popisuji záměry finanční analýzy, její cíle, uživatele, zdroje, metody a dále bankrotní a bonitní modely. V praktické části využívám znalosti popsané v teoretické části k provedení finanční analýzy společnosti pomocí absolutních metod a relativních ukazatelů a posoudil její zdraví dle bankrotních a bonitních modelů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to make a financial analysis of the company Golf Resort Černý Most, a. s. over the years 2013-2017. The thesis can be divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the first part I describe the theory of financial analysis itself, its purpose, users, resources, methods, then I cover the theory of complex models as bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the practical part I use the knowledge gained and described in the theoretical part to perform the financial analysis of the company. I use the bankruptcy and creditworthy models to evaluate the financial health of the company. |
