| Abstract: | Předmětem zájmu této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza a struktura či způsob financování fotbalového klubu FK Dukla Praha a.s. v sezónách 2015-2018, resp. 2019 u financování. Rok sezóny je rokem, ve které sezóna končí. Cílem práce je demonstrovat specifičnost výsledků finanční analýzy ve fotbalovém klubu, zhodnocení finanční situace klubu a struktura jeho financování. Hlavním zdrojem informací jsou účetní závěrky klubu.Struktura celé bakalářské práce je tvořena dvěma částmi, metodickou a praktickou. V první kapitole se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou finanční analýzy, jejím předmětem a účelem. Následně popisuji jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy včetně finančního zdraví a na závěr se zaměřuji na způsoby financování fotbalového klubu. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou Dukly, pokračuje horizontální a vertikální analýzou rozvahy a výsledovky, analýzou poměrových ukazatelů včetně porovnání s konkurencí a analýzou finančního zdraví. Praktickou část zakončuji strukturou financování Dukly. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is financial analyses and financing of FK Dukla Prague Plc in period 2015-2018, respectively 2019 for financing. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate specific character of financial analyses results in Czech football, evaluate the financial health, overview of the financial situation of Dukla and to find out the structure of financial incomes. The main sources of information are provided financial statements and annual reports.The whole thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical. In the methodical part I am focusing on object and purpose of financial analyses continuing in description of the methodical instruments used in practical part and theoretic structure of football financing. The practical part begins with profile of Dukla and continues with the results of the financial analyses (horizontal and vertical analyses of financial statements, analyses of financial indicators and evaluation of financial health). The results of Dukla in analyses of financial indicators is compared with competitors. The practical part is ended with structure of financing in season 2019. |
