| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými odpisy dlouhodobého majetku. Cílem teoretické části je definovat dlouhodobý majetek z hlediska účetního a daňového, podrobněji formulovat odpisování dlouhodobého majetku a popsat metody odpisování pro účely účetní a daňové. V empirické části se práce zabývá majetkem společnosti s ručeným omezeným. Poukazuje se zejména na vliv odpisů na základ daně. A nakonec poskytne možná doporučení pro odpisování majetku pro pozorovanou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with accounting and tax depreciations of fixed assets. The aim of the theoretical part is to define fixed assets from accounting and tax perspective, to formulate depreciation of fixed assets in more detail and to describe the depreciation methods for accounting and tax purposes. The thesis deals with assets of limited liability company in the empirical part. It refers main to the impact of depreciation on the tax base. Finally, it provides possible recommendations of depreciation of assets for the observed company. |
