| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu přímých zahraničních investic na vnější rovnováhu ČR. První část pojednává o vymezení a rozdělení přímých zahraničních investic, o motivech přílivu přímých zahraničních investic do hostitelské země a jejich výhodnosti. Druhá část je věnována jak vývoji přímých zahraničních investic v ČR, tak i vývoji českých přímých zahraničních investic v zahraničí a dopadu přílivu přímých zahraničních investic na saldo běžného a finančního účtu. V závěrečné části dochází k analýze přílivu přímých zahraničních investic z hlediska jejich vlivu na vnější rovnováhu ČR. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis follows up the analysis of the influence of foreign direct investment on the external balance of the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the definition and division of the foreign direct investment, the motive of the inflow of the foreign direct investment into the domestic country and their advantages. The second part is devoted to the development of foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic as well as the Czech direct investment abroad and the impact of the foreign direct investment on the current account balance and financial account. In the final part deals with the analysis of the inflow of the foreign direct investment in terms of their influence on the external balance of the Czech Republic. |
