| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a analýzou víceletých finančních rámců Evropských společenství / Evropské unie. Jsou zde popsány změny ve struktuře jednotlivých víceletých rozpočtů, kde je věnována pozornost příjmové a výdajové stránce. Analýza vývoje těchto rámců je provedena na základě dat z interinstitucionálních dohod mezi Evropským parlamentem, Radou a Komisí. Analyzován je dále vývoj podílu hlavních výdajových kapitol na rozpočtech, tempa růstu těchto kapitol a podíl rozpočtu na jednoho obyvatele ES / EU. Celkový vývoj ukazuje postupné navyšování plánovaných finančních prostředků v každém dalším rámci a zaměření evropského financování v průběhu let 1988-2020. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the development and analysis of the Multiannual Financial Frameworks of European Communities / European Union. It includes descriptions of changes in the structure of individual multiannual budgets, with attention to revenues and expenditures. The analysis of the development of these frameworks is based on data from interinstitutional agreements between the European Parliament, Council and Commission. Furthermore, the development of the share of the main expenditure chapters on budgets, the rate of growth of these chapters, and the share of the budget per capita of EC / EU are analysed. Overall development shows a gradual increase in planned financial appropriations with each upcoming framework and focus of the European financing over the years 1988-2020. |
