| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu Průmyslu 4.0 na změny trhu práce. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda se dodavatelé v automobilovém průmyslu, dle jednotlivých stupňů odběratelsko-dodavatelských řetězců, připravují na změny, které čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce přináší, a jakým způsobem k těmto změnám přistupují v oblasti struktury zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je věnována hlavním charakteristikám Průmyslu 4.0 a vymezení dosavadních přístupů k dané problematice, a to z hlediska ČR a dalších států EU. V praktické části autor, na základě empirického šetření formou řízených rozhovorů, hodnotí přístup dodavatelů sdružení AutoSAP na změny struktury kvalifikace zaměstnanců, které přináší čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce, dle jejich vazby a integrace v produkční síti. Výsledky práce naznačují, že existuje vazba mezi postavením v odběratelsko-dodavatelském řetězci a přístupem firem ke změnám čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, zároveň je z výsledků patrný vliv Průmyslu 4.0 na strukturu trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis how the Industry 4.0 is transforming the labour market. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether the suppliers in the automotive industry, according to the individual stages of the supply chains, are preparing for the changes brought by the fourth industrial revolution and how they approach these changes in the structure of employees. The theoretical part regards the main characteristics of Industry 4.0 and the definition of existing approaches to the issue, from the perspective of the Czech Republic and other EU countries. The practical part is based on an empirical survey by structured interviews and evaluates the approach of AutoSAP suppliers to changes in the structure of employee qualifications brought by the fourth industrial revolution, according to their linkage and integration in the production network. The results of the thesis shows that there is an existing linkage between the position in production network and supplier's approaches to the changes made by the fourth industry revolution, the impact of Industry 4.0 on the labour market structure is also evident. |
