| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou administrativní náklady daňového systému. Náklady výběru daní jsou významným ukazatelem efektivity celého daňového systému, proto je důležité věnovat tomuto tématu dostatečnou pozornost. Cílem bakalářské práce je kvantifikovat a analyzovat administrativní náklady Finanční správy České republiky v letech 2015 a 2018. Ke kvantifikaci je využito metody tzv. přepočteného pracovníka. Díky této metodě lze vyčíslit administrativní náklady jednotlivých daní a následně porovnat i efektivitu jejich výběru. K výpočtu je využito dat poskytnutých z interních zdrojů Generálního finančního ředitelství. |

| Abstract: | Administrative costs of the tax system are the main theme of this bachelor thesis. Administrative costs of taxation are one of most important efficiency indicators of the whole tax system, therefore it is highly important to pay sufficient attention to this topic. The main goal of the thesis is to calculate direct administrative costs of Financial Administration of the Czech Republic in years 2015 and 2018. WTE staff method is used to achieve this goal. As a result, it is possible to calculate direct administrative costs for all taxes which are collected by Financial Administration of the Czech Republic and also compare tax collection efficiency of monitored taxes. The calculation is based on data provided by the General Financial Directorate from internal sources. |
